Students Share Art

The Walnut Room was filled with a wide range of student arts and crafts at this year’s Student Art Show. Held in conjunction with the Spring Performance, the show provided the many visitors with examples of students’ creations in a variety of media and styles.  Many of the pieces were created in the style of a particular artist whom students had studied at their grade level. In addition to drawings in different media, several 3D objects were also on display, some of which resulted in working with this year’s Artist in Residence, Dick Cooley.

Art teacher Ann Marie Craig enlisted the help of many volunteers in creating the many displays of student work for the many art patrons to enjoy.  Refreshments were also available at the event with proceeds going to support the arts at Holy Angels.
